I'm pretty devoted to these guided meditations with Deepak Chopra. Every couple of months he offers a free 21-day series. but in between, there are always sample meditations available on the site at no charge. Each meditation is 15 - 20 minutes.
The Spoonflower Handbook goes on sale on September 1. I remember feeling overwhelmed when I first visited the Spoonflower site, but this book spells out how to design your own fabric (and wallpaper and gift wrap) for them to print on demand for you in very simple, clear language (and it's not hard at all). The Food for Thought table runner above is one of the many projects in the book.
